Recording on an Android phone

2Tap "Add call" — on most Android diallers this is a + or a person-with-a-plus icon.
3Dial the person you want to speak to and wait for them to answer.
4Tap "Merge" or "Combine calls", depending on your phone's dialler.
5Say that the call is being recorded — the line is silent.

Some Android phones record in the dialler
