RecordableCall.com ("we," "our," or "us") provides a pay‑per‑use phone call‑recording service. Users dial our dedicated number, add the third party, merge the call, and later retrieve the recording with a one‑time SMS code.

2. Information We Collect

Phone number you use to place and retrieve calls
Call metadata (start time, end time, duration)
Call recordings (only after you add our number)
SMS logs showing your consent reply ("YES")

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to (a) process and deliver your recording, (b) authenticate you via SMS, (c) provide transactional notices, and (d) process payments via our third‑party payment processor.

4. Storage & Retention

Standard retention: up to 30 days from the call date.
Extended retention: up to 90 days if you purchase extra storage.
After the retention period, recordings and related metadata are permanently deleted.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. By using our service, you accept this risk.

7. Your Choices

Delete early: request deletion before the retention period ends.
SMS opt‑out: reply "STOP" to any message to halt transactional texts.

8. Updates

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
