Dropbox integration

Through Zapier or Make. We don't talk to Dropbox ourselves; we send JSON to an automation platform and it writes to Dropbox using your own connection.
The simplest possible archive: one text file per call, in a folder, named by date. Nothing to query and nothing to maintain, which is exactly what you want if the goal is having the record rather than working with it.

A text file per call containing the notes and the transcript, in whichever folder you choose.
How to set it up

Create a Zap with a Webhooks trigger
In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger and pick Catch Hook. Zapier gives you a URL.

Paste that URL into RecordableCall
Open the link we text you after a call, choose “Anywhere else” as the destination, and paste the Zapier URL. Press Send test — Zapier will show the sample so you can map fields against real data.

Add Dropbox as the action
Choose Dropbox → Create Text File. Build the file name from started_at and template_label, and put note_text and transcript in the content.

Turn the Zap on
From then on, every set of notes written for your number is posted to Zapier and forwarded on. Nothing to do per call.
The settings live behind the link we text you after a call — open it, follow See all your recordings, and the destination form is at the bottom. There are no accounts here, so proving the number is yours is what stands in for a login.

What it's good for
Keeping records past our retention window
Recordings are deleted on a schedule; a file in your own Dropbox is not.
Questions
- Can it save the audio as well?
- Not through this setup. The recording lives behind your download code, and Zapier would need that code to fetch it — which would mean putting a credential into a Zap. The notes and transcript are what get archived.
