Confluence integration
Docs
Through Zapier or Make. We don't talk to Confluence ourselves; we send JSON to an automation platform and it writes to Confluence using your own connection.
Confluence is where a lot of teams keep meeting records, and a page per call fits that shape without anyone having to write it up. The transcript can go on the same page, which makes past calls searchable alongside everything else in the space.
What arrives in Confluence
A page per call, titled by date and call type, with the notes as content and the transcript below.
How to set it up
- 1
Create a Zap with a Webhooks trigger
In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger and pick Catch Hook. Zapier gives you a URL.
- 2
Paste that URL into RecordableCall
Open the link we text you after a call, choose “Anywhere else” as the destination, and paste the Zapier URL. Press Send test — Zapier will show the sample so you can map fields against real data.
- 3
Add Confluence as the action
Choose Confluence → Create Page. Pick the space, build the title from started_at and template_label, and use note_text as the body.
- 4
Turn the Zap on
From then on, every set of notes written for your number is posted to Zapier and forwarded on. Nothing to do per call.
The settings live behind the link we text you after a call — open it, follow See all your recordings, and the destination form is at the bottom. There are no accounts here, so proving the number is yours is what stands in for a login.
Fields you can map
Every delivery carries these. Map as many or as few as you need.
| Field | What to do with it |
|---|---|
started_at | Page title, so pages sort by date |
template_label | The rest of the title, or a label on the page |
note_text | Page body |
transcript | An expandable section below the notes |
The webhook reference has the full payload.
What it's good for
Recurring team meetings
A space full of dated pages is the format most teams already expect meeting notes to arrive in.
Questions
- Does the page get labels?
- Whatever you set in the Zap. Mapping template_label onto a Confluence label makes filtering by call type work later.

Don't have a recording yet?
You need one call before there is anything to configure. Get your recording number, make a call, then open the link we text you.
