Google Calendar integration

Through Zapier or Make. We don't talk to Google Calendar ourselves; we send JSON to an automation platform and it writes to Google Calendar using your own connection.
Calls that came from a meeting usually have a Google Calendar entry already, and a note that lives beside it is easier to find months later than one filed anywhere else. A Zap can create a follow-up event, or update an existing one with what was decided.
What arrives in Google Calendar
Either a new event holding the notes, or a description appended to the event that matches the call time — depending on which action you choose.
How to set it up

Create a Zap with a Webhooks trigger
In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger and pick Catch Hook. Zapier gives you a URL.

Paste that URL into RecordableCall
Open the link we text you after a call, choose “Anywhere else” as the destination, and paste the Zapier URL. Press Send test — Zapier will show the sample so you can map fields against real data.

Add Google Calendar as the action
Choose Google Calendar → Create Detailed Event for a follow-up, or Find Event followed by Update Event to attach notes to a meeting that already exists.

Turn the Zap on
From then on, every set of notes written for your number is posted to Zapier and forwarded on. Nothing to do per call.
The settings live behind the link we text you after a call — open it, follow See all your recordings, and the destination form is at the bottom. There are no accounts here, so proving the number is yours is what stands in for a login.
Fields you can map
Every delivery carries these. Map as many or as few as you need.

What it's good for
Recurring one-to-ones
Each entry carries what was agreed last time, which is usually the thing you want at the start of the next one.
Follow-up scheduling
Action items become a dated event rather than a line in a document nobody reopens.
Questions
- Can it find the meeting the call came from?
- Sometimes. Zapier's Find Event can search around the call time, but a phone call does not carry the calendar event's ID, so matching is by time and is not guaranteed.
